WORKSHOP

1. INTERPRETATION
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings:
“The Personal Stylist” shall mean Eugenie Aran
“The Client” shall mean the individual to receive the Service to be provided by the Personal Stylist
“The Service” shall mean the Workshop to be provided by the Personal Stylist to the Client.

2. THE SERVICE
The Down To Earth Styling offers an online workshop content relating to fashion, styling and wardrobing subjects. The service description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the service and does not guarantee content. The Personal Stylist reserves the right to amend the content and alter details at its discretion. The service may be withdrawn at any time, subject to seven days prior notice.

3. TERM
The Service is designed to last between 1H30 and 2hours during a live presentation.

4. PAYMENT & REGISTRATION
The fee for the Service must be paid in full within three days of the Workshop starting. The Service will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Accepted payment methods are MasterCard, Visa, or bank transfer. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete registration information. Submission of the registration, alongside full payment of the Fee constitute the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
The client may cancel their registration up to the day of the Workshop starting. Following the start of the Workshop a refund cannot be offered. 

Eugenie Aran Stylist reserves the right to cancel the Service by giving the client notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course start date. Eugenie Aran Stylist will refund all fees paid by the client for the cancelled Service. Eugenie Aran Stylist’s liability when it cancels a Service will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled Workshop. All dates are subject to change, however notice of such change will be given.

6. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS
The Service is facilitated through Microsoft Teams. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that they have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate in the Workshop. Eugenie Aran Stylist is not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to the client’s ability to access the Workshop, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with the client’s internet connection, computer or system.
