TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTERPRETATION
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings:
“The Personal Stylist” shall mean Eugenie Aran
“The Client” shall mean the individual to receive the Service to be provided by the Personal Stylist
“The Service” shall mean all services to be provided by the Personal Stylist to the Client.

2. BOOKING
All bookings must be made at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment.
The Personal Stylist and the Client will agree on a standard time and day for the Appointment. Once this time is established, the Service will be quoted by the Personal Stylist and then the Client will confirm the booking.

3. FEES
Full payment is due within 14 days of the issue of the invoice.
The Client agrees that any fees not paid timely (within 14 days of invoice) are subject to an interest charge of 10% per Services.
The Client agrees to pay Service fees with the following payment options: Bank transfer / Cash.

4. CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF BOOKING
If the Client needs to reschedule the booking, at least 48 hours notice shall be provided to the Personal Stylist. .
Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a $25 Administration fee.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a need for the Personal Stylist to change the appointment, another date will be offered.

5. TRAVEL EXPENSES
Travel expenses for the Personal Stylist are extra if the Client is based outside of Wellington area (limit of Plimmerton and Upper Hutt).

6. EXTRA TIME
The Client acknowledges that any hours completed by the Personal Stylist over the original service time frame advertised will be charged $140 per extra hour.
For an Express Wardrobe Edit, an overtime of 30min or more will increase the price to the cost of a normal Wardrobe Edit.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Personal Stylist acknowledges that she may obtain confidential personal and/or business information from Client and agrees to keep and maintain such information confidential and not to disclose or use such information without Client’s prior written consent.

8. PESRONAL SHOPPING PURCHASE
The Personal Stylist does not act as an agent for any of the stores to which we may introduce the Client or accompany the Client for shopping.
Contracts for the purchase of goods are between the Client and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as the Client may agree with the store.
The Personal Shopper has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of Services by the Personal Stylist.
